you do need to stand up & do these exercises at work or at your stitchy spot. I felt so good!

Spreading the joy of Christmas, one tweet at a time
Good one. I had terrible elbow tendonitis for quite a while after prolonged slouching while stitching.
I hurt my wrist which has resulted in stitching hiatus. Postures the next thing to work on
It’s annoying to get a “sports injury” doing stitching.
Chiming in with the let’s be careful out there chorus: The PT said I surely didn’t strain my rotator cuff by stitching, but I did aggravate it with long sessions. Nearly six months of rehab, and I still can’t do the majority of those exercises right now; my arm simply won’t. Stay bendy!
Yes I’m at physio again today. I bent my wrist too far so can’t weight bear. It’s definitely stalled stitching to 2-3 thread lengths per day
Injuries are just about the most frustrating thing there is. I hope your PT is as cute as mine was, at least. 😉
Umm I’m in a group and hubs is there too! Plus too puffed to perv usually 🤣

Darn, my shameless crush on my trainer made killing myself once a week so much more easy to go do. Enough so that I wrote a poem about perving on him. *laugh*
