  1. Chiming in with the let’s be careful out there chorus: The PT said I surely didn’t strain my rotator cuff by stitching, but I did aggravate it with long sessions. Nearly six months of rehab, and I still can’t do the majority of those exercises right now; my arm simply won’t. Stay bendy!
