The bathroom is clean & clear of all the debris. 840kg worth, people. My wrist & shoulders hurt. Simon started nailing down the new tile slate tonight. With “help”.
I managed to get a decent hour or two in Fairy Idyll after everyone else went to bed. Hooray! That’s another 250+ stitches in this weekend.

funny to see you’re in the midst of bathroom renovation . . . ours is being done at the moment, but we’re being lazy and having professionals in to do it all for us.
Engineer in the house, we pay electrical & plumbing but that’s about it. I’m good at tiling, he’s good at general carpentry

Hammering would definitely be very bad for your hands and wrists. Glad to see others doing it.
I’ve traded off the rest of the hammering to taking the Screaming Teen to his PT tonight. It’s two hours I’ll never get back but worth it long term!
You may need it yourself with your wrists. I once had to work with a hand specialist PT.
