I had one yesterday. After about three weeks of waking with headaches, tying my hair up before going to sleep, that indeterminable wait for it to dry – I went to the hairdresser yesterday.
And left about 2/3 of it on the floor. Cue immediate panic!
But this morning my head feels so light! Bliss to wake up to.

I keep thinking about getting my hair cut shorter but haven’t yet plucked up the courage.
I go through that every few years! I know the feeling! I’ll let my hair grow out to about the middle of my back, then go get it cut off to about chin length. I think it shocks the hubs more than me though!
Yeah; he definitely stuttered. Whoops.
I cut mine short a few years ago and have never looked back! And, if you decide it was a mistake, it’ll grow!
So far it’s amazing. Feels so light!
