I was listening to a podcast this week and I had a brain-fart. Now, I know this is something that is not new, it’s been around for a while but I think this is something I’ll benefit with, as it emphasises being grateful & joyful. I also think that it’s something that will benefit others, so I’m going to open this up to you too.
